With her work, she ensured that the first computers to enter the homes of millions of people went from being machines with cables and circuits to understandable interfaces that anyone could use without having to read a single instruction manual. It is a career that has achieved a great deal, from the design of icons or typography, working with Steve Jobs or Paul Rand, to designing the famous Windows solitaire.
