We modernise the brand of industrial companies without losing what makes them unique.
Tell us where you are
Your product is good. Your image says otherwise.
Modernising the image of an industrial company means aligning external perception with the real capacity of the business: auditing how clients and the market see you, redefining your positioning, and building a coherent visual and verbal identity that supports internationalisation and commercial growth.
Do any of these situations sound familiar?
Your website is more than five years old and you feel embarrassed sending it to an international client. The new sales director, or your son, has been telling you for months that something needs to change. But you don't know where to start, and you don't want to throw money away on something that won't move the needle.
You are losing contracts to competitors who do not technically surpass you. You want to enter European or Latin American markets and your brand does not convey the scale you have. You have 200 employees, a modern plant and reference clients. But you look like a company of 10.
The diagnosis is not aesthetic. The image is not the problem: it is the symptom. What is missing is a structured brand identity that tells what you already are.
What changes when the brand works in your favour
You enter tenders with a presence you no longer have to justify: the potential client does not discard your company before the meeting because the website conveys the same as your product.
You recruit technical talent that previously discarded you: engineers and specialised profiles also look for companies that look like what they are.
Your sales team speaks with a single voice: coherent visual and verbal arguments, not each delegate telling a different story at each trade fair.
Internationalisation has a real foundation: a brand for an exporting company works in any language and cultural context, without relying on improvised translations.
We do not promise virality. We promise that your brand will stop being the brake.
How we do it: no frivolity, no surprises
Brand audit: we analyse how you are perceived by clients, your team and the market. What you think you convey versus what you actually convey.
Positioning strategy: we define where you want to be and what really makes you different, not just on paper.
Visual and verbal identity: we redesign or evolve the brand with industrial criteria — robust, scalable, ready to operate in any market.
Implementation: website, sales materials, signage, presentations. The entire system, not just the logo.
Handover: your team learns to use the brand without depending on us for every new piece.
Average project duration: between 10 and 16 weeks.
We have done it with industrial companies that manufactured better than they communicated
Hever, Biltron, Fyneco and Steel Performance are part of our industrial archive. With Hever we worked on strategy, identity and web: the same journey we describe above.
At the end of the project you do not have a PDF of intentions. You have pieces that your team uses from day one:
Perception diagnosis: how clients, your team and the market see you, with what they said in the interviews.
Positioning and key messages by client type and by market.
Visual and verbal identity with user manual, ready for trade fairs, tenders and the website.
Website and main sales materials, in the languages you need to sell abroad.
Crater works with ISO 9001 certification. Each phase closes with deliverables reviewed and approved by your team before moving on to the next. Nothing is decided behind your back and nothing reaches the end without having been seen beforehand.
Frequently asked questions
Isn't it enough to update the website?
The website is the result, not the cause. If there is no brand strategy behind it, a new website on an old brand is still an old brand. The problem is not the channel: it is what you communicate on it. Changing the shop window without changing what is inside does not move contracts or open markets.
Are you going to understand my industrial sector?
We work with manufacturing, logistics, energy and construction companies. We do not need to be engineers to identify what makes your company unique. That is what the brand audit process is for: interviews with your team, analysis of real competition and a review of how your current clients perceive you. You provide the industry knowledge. We provide the method.
How much does it cost to modernise the image of an industrial company?
It depends on the scope of the project: it does not cost the same to evolve a brand as to rebuild it from scratch with a website and materials in several languages. There are more limited formats if the starting point is more solid — an existing visual identity that only needs evolution, for example. In the initial diagnostic session we assess what you need and what you don't, without inflating it.
How long does such a project take?
Between 10 and 16 weeks for a complete project. That includes audit, strategy, visual and verbal identity, and implementation of the main materials. If someone promises you results in four weeks, ask what they are skipping. Haste in industrial branding usually turns out to be expensive.
If your company can compete with the best, its brand should be able to as well
We have been working for years with industrial companies that have spent decades building something solid. The problem was not the product. It was that nobody knew about it.
If you are at that point — you know something is wrong, but you don't want to be sold hot air — let's talk. No obligation, no sales pitch. Just a conversation to see if it makes sense to work together.
