We build the brand that turns a Spanish industrial company into an international benchmark.

This is what happens when you export without a brand

A brand for an exporting company is the set of strategic and visual assets that allow an industrial company to compete in international markets without relying on intermediaries to explain its value.

You have been manufacturing well for decades. You have loyal customers in Spain, solid references, a product that stands up to any technical comparison. But when you knock on the door of a German distributor or a Mexican buyer, something fails before you can even open your mouth.

The website looks like it's from 2009. The catalogue is a design-less PDF that someone laid out eight years ago. The company name means nothing to anyone outside your sector and your province. The international buyer cannot visit the factory. They don't know your team. They haven't seen the machinery. They only see the brand. And what they see is not up to the standard of what you manufacture.

The result is predictable: low margins, dependence on intermediaries who take a share of the margin in exchange for "introducing" you, inability to charge what the product deserves. The international buyer judges a supplier's digital presence and visual identity before the first meeting.

It is not a product problem. It is a perception problem. And that has a solution.

What changes when the brand works in your favour

  • Immediate credibility: A distributor in DACH or a buyer in Latin America makes decisions in seconds. With a brand built for international markets, you don't need intermediaries to explain who you are. The brand explains it for you.

  • Fair price: With your own brand, the price is no longer set by the distributor at the destination. Stopping competing solely on cost is not a marketing objective. It is arithmetic.

  • Consistency in all markets: What you manufacture in Castellón, Bilbao or Zaragoza has to look just as solid at a trade fair in Munich as in a presentation in Mexico City. The brand strategy guarantees that consistency without anyone having to improvise.

  • Access to markets without translation: A well-built visual identity communicates before anyone reads a line. It works in any language because it does not depend on language.

How we do it

  1. Brand audit and positioning: We analyse how you are perceived inside and outside Spain, what your international competition communicates and where the gap is that you can occupy. More on this process on our brand audit page.

  2. Strategy for target markets: We define positioning, value proposition and narrative adapted to the destination markets, not a generic version translated into English.

  3. Visual and verbal identity: We create or renew the complete brand system —from naming to tone— so that it works in any cultural context without losing consistency.

  4. Export materials: Website, catalogues, commercial presentations and digital presence aligned with the new brand, ready to operate in the markets you have chosen.

  5. Support during the launch: We don't just hand over a manual and disappear. We are there for the go-to-market.

What happens when an industrial company decides to take its brand seriously

Hever, Biltron, Fyneco and Steel Performance are part of our industrial archive. With Hever we worked on strategy, identity and website.

In an export brand project, the wrap-up is not a manual in a folder. It is a validated positioning for each destination market, an identity that works just as well in Munich as in Mexico City, and the materials your sales team takes out to sell: website, catalogue and presentation, in the languages you need.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change the company name?

Not necessarily. In many brand projects for exporting companies, we work on the existing identity without touching the name. The naming decision depends on prior analysis: how the name sounds in the destination markets, if it generates negative associations, if it can be registered. We don't start from an aesthetic preference. We start from data.

Can a consultancy from Madrid understand an industrial company from Castellón, Bilbao or Zaragoza?

Yes. We have worked with companies in ceramics, metal, agrifood and machinery. Geography is not the issue. The industrial sector has a buying logic, interlocutors and channels that we know well. What changes from one project to another is the product and the destination market. What doesn't change is the process to build a brand that works abroad.

How long does an export brand project take?

Between 10 and 20 weeks depending on the scope. The timeframe depends on whether we are starting from scratch or from an existing identity, the number of target markets and the materials you need at the end of the process. We don't do express branding. Express results don't last, and in international markets, an inconsistent brand does more harm than having no brand at all.

Is this just design or is there strategy behind it?

Only strategy with execution. We do not deliver logos without context. Every visual decision starts from a strategic decision: why that colour works in that market, why that verbal tone connects with that buyer, why that brand architecture allows scaling to new countries without redoing everything. Design is the consequence. Strategy is the argument.

If you are already exporting, you are already competing with a brand. The question is whether yours is up to the standard.

Your product is already competing abroad. Your brand has not yet left Spain. This gap has a concrete cost: margins that remain in the hands of the distributor, conversations that do not progress, markets that close before starting.
