Challenge
Reload is a "take away" coffee shop brand for small and medium cities where there is not a significant presence of large franchises.
The goal is to have a strong and relevant brand with the objective of growing quickly and building a franchiseable system. Our first step was to conduct research to better understand what people want and to understand their behavior. As a result, we created a distinctive brand where we value coffee as a drink that brings out the best in ourselves in all kinds of situations, not just at breakfast.
